Yesterday evening was a special moment for us: At the Great Place To Work® awards ceremony in Munich, our Founding Partner Robert Jacobi, together with Veronika Steuer and Larissa Arnold from our Human Resources team, received a very special award: The Nunatak Group won first place in “Bayerns Besten Arbeitgebern 2026" in the category of companies with 10-49 employees.

The Great Place To Work® process focuses on the voices of employees, who are interviewed on topics such as trust, leadership, recognition and cooperation. The fact that we are right at the top of 58 excellent Bavarian companies in our first participation is therefore primarily a confirmation of the people who make Nunatak what it is every day.
