Based on the company’s specific framework conditions, a shared vision for a new, group-wide learning organization was developed.The focus was on anchoring learning strategically and fostering a sustainable learning culture through clearly defined initiatives and measures – one that is effective across business units and organizational boundaries. Together with the client, we selected and implemented a learning experience platform.

Result

The result was a cross-functional learning ecosystem aligned with all relevant units, serving as a shared framework for orientation. At the same time, the foundation was laid for the digitalization of learning, along with the definition of consistent structural and organizational frameworks to support future development.

In close collaboration with the client, a contemporary leadership and cultural framework was developed and firmly embedded across the organization.
Core high-performance values were clearly defined, translated into concrete behaviors, and operationalized to guide day-to-day decision-making and ensure consistent global implementation.

Result

Five global culture initiatives were launched, led by more than 80 employees across twelve international markets, successfully piloted, and rolled out.In addition, more than 100 leaders were upskilled and positioned as active multipliers of cultural change worldwide, embedding the high-performance culture sustainably within the organization.
