Optimization of the Marketing infrastructure of an international bank

In the first step, we conducted target group and market analyses and systematically assessed the existing ad and martech infrastructure across more than ten international markets. Building on this, a holistic campaign framework was developed. All relevant dimensions from data management and budget allocation to goal setting, tracking, content creation, and distribution were aligned with one another.

Result

The strategy for digital customer acquisition was significantly refined and sharpened. In addition, a future-ready MarCom tech target vision was created, serving as a guide for further infrastructure development and successfully tested through initial campaigns using new technologies.

Implementation of AI use cases in a communications department

Based on an analysis of relevant best practices as well as current market and AI trends in the MarCom environment, we systematically reflected existing value creation and core processes within the communications department. The goal was to identify concrete AI application areas and evaluate them in terms of their potential impact and feasibility. Building on this, eight specific AI use cases were developed in a structured way and prioritized for implementation.

Result

The result was a clearly structured use case library with eight prioritized AI use cases, serving as a decision-making and implementation foundation for further AI adoption. In addition, tailored AI learning journeys were designed to empower employees within the communications department—across different skill levels—to apply AI effectively and sustainably in their daily work.

Reorganization of the Marketing function of a leading insurance company

At the outset, the marketing function was analyzed holistically by aligning internal structures and processes with external market and customer requirements. Based on this, clear objectives and design principles for the future organization were defined, multiple scenarios for an agile marketing organization were developed and systematically evaluated, and the preferred scenario was translated into a consistent future operating model.

Result

The result was a high-performing marketing organization with clear objectives, efficient structures, and a strong focus on customer needs. In addition, a roadmap for the phased implementation of the new operating model was developed, including an integrated change and communication concept to ensure sustainable execution.
