How we work

We are a great team:
Virtual yoga with via zoom, indoor surfing, the obligatory Oktoberfest day(s), team lunches or a refreshing drink together in our weekly Friday bar. We not only like to work together, we make up a great team.

High level of personal responsibility:
Internally, we organize ourselves in Circles & Practices to jointly develop Nunatak as a company. This gives every employee the opportunity to contribute to topics such as marketing & PR, people & culture or business development processes in addition to project work.

Entrepreneurial thinking:
Flat hierarchies and a high level of personal responsibility demand and promote entrepreneurial action by every Nunatak employee. Be it in personal client interaction or when implementing internal projects, e.g. our website relaunch.

Pragmatic and results-oriented:
In projects, we meet our clients at eye level and always develop project results in close cooperation. We manage projects on the basis of agile principles and create digital proximity using modern tools such as slack, asana or zoom.

At home in Munich:
Your and our main workplace is our Nunatak office in the heart of Munich. Even if you may be traveling for workshops or customer meetings, you will usually be able to sleep in your own bed.

Flat hierarchies:
Flat hierarchies are an integral part of Nunatak. All team members meet at eye level. At brown-bag lunches or coffee-and-a-canvas sessions, everyone learns from each other. And our clean desk policy (free choice of desks) includes principals and partners too.
