Every team member will be given a lot of responsibility from the very beginning. We organize ourselves internally according to project roles and responsibilities and do not pay much attention to formal hierarchy. For us, it is important to foster individual development and to reward employees for their engagement.


Our project roles:



Consultants provide support with (sub-)projects, do research and independently develop analyses and strategic concepts, which are then transferred into presentations or databases.


Workstream Lead/Senior Consultant

Workstream Leads supervise (sub-)projects and work closely with the customer. Together with their team they independently design solutions in response to our customers’ challenges and structure them in the corresponding documentation.


Project Lead

Project Leads are in charge of coordination and steering of project teams. They are the primary contact for the senior management of our clients. From the initial application all the way through to the successful project completion they are responsible for the whole project team.


Project Advisor/Principal

Project Advisors use their long-time experience and consulting expertise to support several project teams, taking a mentoring role. The focus of their work lies also in maintaining existing customer relationships and acquiring new projects.
